Making A Purchase
We hope you find it easy to buy from our site.
Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro
On entering the checkout process, you will be directed to the PROTX Payment Page where you will be required to enter your card details. (look for the https:// and the golden padlock)
We also accept payment by Paypal, American Express or Diners Club, please choose the Paypal option if you wish to pay this way.
Once Olive Organic has received your purchase request we will begin to process your order.
Olive Organic will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card types supported.
On completion of the payment transaction, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order.
If you wish to pay by cheque, choose the Cheque With Order option and send your cheque to us with your order form. Once your cheque has cleared, your order will be despatched.
We will also accept payment by postal order.

North America/Canada - by airmail - up to 2 kgs only.

We can only ship airmail up to 2kgs. If your package is over 2kgs, we will contact you regarding how much your order will cost to ship as we will need to split your order. If you email us your order details, we can weigh and advise shipping costs.
Delivery Schedule
All UK orders received by 1pm on a weekday we aim to despatch the same day. Orders received after 1pm on a weekday we aim to despatch the next working day, although we often send out later received orders the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on the next business day.
The majority of UK orders are despatched by First Class Post using Royal Mail. Most orders arrive the day after posting but please allow 7 days for your order to arrive, especially at busy periods such as Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day.
Orders over 1.5kg may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, which takes approx three-five days.
If an order is of high value, we may use a parcel courier service at no extra cost to you.
Overseas orders will take a bit longer.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock we will e mail you to advise availability. You will always have the option to cancel if you choose not to wait and we will refund your payment.

When you make an order with OliveOrganic, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and credit card details. This information allows us to process your order and contact you if necessary.
We ask you for your telephone number so that we may contact you quickly if there is a problem with your order. You may, however, choose to withhold your number if you do not wish to be contacted by telephone.
What does OliveOrganic do with the information it collects?
OliveOrganic does not sell any of your information to any other companies.
The only information we provide to other companies is that which is required to fulfil an order. For example, the company that we use to deliver your orders, must have your name and address, however, they are forbidden by law (Data Protection Act) to use this information for anything else but delivering your goods.

Returns Policy
Cancellations, returns and exchanges.
We try to give you as much information regarding the products as possible to enable you to choose the right product for you. If however, you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, we will gladly exchange it or offer you a refund. Please note however, that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used product.
We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods that you return until they are received at our address. We recommend that returns are sent by a 'recorded signed for delivery' and that you obtain and retain a proof of posting as we cannot issue a refund until goods have been received by us.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged goods. Return postage for goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your own cost.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return.

Damages
In the event of an item in your order arriving damaged, please advise us within two days of receipt. Faulty goods should be returned to OliveOrganic in their original packaging, if possible, with the delivery note. We will then arrange a replacement together with a refund of postage costs incurred.
